    蘇格拉底/Socrates

    蘇格拉底(公元前470—公元前399),古希臘的哲學家和演說家,雅典人。其父是雕刻匠,早年隨父學藝,後從事哲學研究和教學。他認為哲學的目的是認識自己、研究自己、教導人們的生活。他無著作傳世,其言行均輯於弟子柏拉圖的《蘇格拉底言行回憶錄》。公元前399年以「瀆神違教」之罪被控入獄,不久被判死刑,服毒而死。
